RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

On June 13, 2014, new European Union (EU) rules came into force, implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which applies to all sellers based in the EU and buyers based in EU member states. Please note that EU regulations often allow EU consumers to invoke their consumer protection laws even when dealing with businesses based outside the EU.

Buyers residing in countries subject to these laws have the right to return an item within 14 days of receipt. Sellers affected by the regulations are required to clearly inform buyers residing in these countries of their rights to return items before any purchase is made. Failure to do so will extend the withdrawal period by one year, so buyers will have one year and 14 days to return an item.

Please note that refunds are only for the value of the goods and never for shipping costs.
The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the seller has agreed to cover them. If the seller has not agreed to cover the return costs and the item cannot, by its nature, be returned by post, a return cost estimate must be included in the cancellation and return information provided to the buyer.

• Sales are subject to acceptance of the final sales estimate.

MINIMUM ORDER

The minimum order is €50.00.

SHIPPING COSTS

For mail order orders, the shipping fee is €15 for orders up to 10 kg, and €30 for orders over that weight.
